GURGL,

THE DIAMOND OF THE ALPES

OBERGURGL & HOCHGURGL

The skiing area of Obergurgl-Hochgurgl offers fun and excitement on its ski runs for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers.

The “Diamond of the Alps” lives up to its name not only when it comes to accommodation, service and enjoyment, but also in terms of skiing and snowboarding.

The skiing area stands out with broad runs, no waiting times and plenty of space for every skier. More space on the ski run

means that skiing is safer and that skiers can freely experience the essence of skiing and enjoy the winter landscape.

The area’s ski lifts can transport approximately 40,000 people per hour.
The high altitude of the skiing area (from 1,800m to 3,080m) makes a very long skiing season possible: The lifts are open from mid-November – the earliest opening

of all of Tyrol’s non-glacial skiing areas – until the start of May.

The skiing area offers 110 kilometres of variable runs and includes many back country trails for freeride skiers and powder fanatics.

Next to top quality skiing, the “Diamond of the Alps” also features high-end gastronomy. There are many places in the skiing area with a fantastic view, but the best are probably the view that can be enjoyed from the Top Mountain Star and the Hohe Mut Alm, which offers high quality food and drink in the midst of 21 3,000 meter peaks.

GARDEN SAUNA
WELLNESS AT HAUS SAUTENS

SAUNA BATHING AVANT LA LETTRE

The Finns, the sauna-lovers par excellence, build their traditional saunas in natural surroundings on the banks of a lake. After a hot sauna, you instantly breathes the fresh air and there's a bracing dip in the icy water. This is an idyllic representation, after a steamy sauna-turn can provide an outdoor

shower or side blade for pleasant cooling.

Each visit to a sauna is a form of exercise.

Completed the sauna ritual in peace gives both mind and body a boost. Using the sauna improves circulation, boosts the immune system and makes the body clean and relaxing.

Outside Saunas create the effect of a sauna-turn even more intense because the warmed-up body after the sauna-bathing immediately comes into contact with fresh air.

TOBOGGANING

FOR DARE DEVILS

"DO YOU DARE"

Winter wonderland in Oetztal brings more than what you are expecting.

The three skiareas in the valley offer very different experiences.

HochOetz/Kühtai, the perfect family

skiarea has about 90 km of well groomed slopes. With 1 skipass you have access to HochOetz and Kühtai.

If you are into long and steep slopes, Sölden is your kind of thing. Famous for its beautifull glaciers and great after ski.

Gurgl at the end of the valley gives you stunning views.

If this is not yet enough, a lot of moutain cabins are open during the winter season. A winterly hike up and a fun tobogan run down is one of the options. Great fun

for little and big kids.
